Conference Cancellation Policy: Cancellations through October 12, 2011 are refundable, less a 10% processing fee. Cancellations made between October 13-26, 2011 are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds are extended for cancellations made after October 26, 2011. Name changes are accepted through October 26, 2011.
